Recorded live at Basel's popular AVO SESSION festival (now known as Baloise Session), on October 22, 2011. Portland, Oregon's "little orchestra" Pink Martini plays "Üsküdar'a gider İken," a traditional Turkish song that originally appeared on Pink Martini's 2013 studio album, Get Happy. The song has long been popular in concert for the band, with bandleader & pianist Thomas Lauderdale often inviting any Turkish fans who happen to be in the audience to come on stage to sing backup (or play the cymbals!). This performance features Storm Large on vocals, and Nicholas Crosa on violin.

"Kaj kolah khan" is Pink Martini's cover of a song in Persian, originally made famous in the early 1970s by the Persian superstar Googoosh. Pink Martini's popular concert favorite "Ich dich liebe" was, as bandleader Thomas Lauderdale reminds the audience, originally sung by Mamie Van Doren in the 1964 German Western "Freddy und das Lied der Prärie" ("Freddy and the Song of the Prairie"). Written by Lotar Olias, Max Kolpé and Karl Vibach, the song was recorded on Pink Martini's 2013 album "Get Happy." This compilation, featuring Storm Large, is comprised of performances from Pink Martini's 2024 European tour.
