We had the distinct honor of performing at the U.S. naturalization ceremony at the Federal Courthouse in Portland last Thursday. We welcomed 56 new citizens to the U.S. the only way we know how – by singing in as many languages as possible during an acoustic performance right inside the courtroom! The new citizens came from 21 different countries: Guatemala, El Salvador, South Korea, Vietnam, Israel, Somalia, Ethiopia, China, Ukraine, the Philippines, Taiwan, Cambodia, Russia, Mexico, Chile, Thailand, Kazakhstan, Turkey, Laos, Dominica, and Poland.
